I have purchased 4 of the to give as gift.We set them up here for the family to take to South America. They just changed the wifi and they work like a charm. We send pics and videos from Australia and they are great. Very easy to set up. I bought from another company and had to return them.

Don’t hesitate! I love my photo frame
I purchased a frame for my mother for Christmas because she always wanted pictures of the grands, this had a $30 off coupon so I took a leap of faith and purchsed, we hooked it up and she absolutely loves it. I loved it so much that I bought one for my mantle, the set up is SUPER simple and the screen quality is great!

Mine freezes now and then
Good bargain, easy setup, good picture quality. The only negative is that mine freezes once in a while,when it does the clock froze too (displays a clock on bottom right of the screen.) Just restart it.

Nice, but….
It’s a decent digital frame. My only gripes are; I don’t read Chinese so prompts in Chinese are useless, the “home screen” is a cluttered mess, and I’m not 100% sure they, (the Chinese), aren’t sucking up data information to sell.Picture quality is fine.App is relatively easy to use.Price was decent.

Perfect!
love this thing, I live 1500 miles from my mom so we don’t see each other very much. I got this for her for mother’s day and pre loaded it with pictures before I sent it to her. All the pictures stayed on there even after being unplugged for an extended time. Being able to send pictures directly to her frame is the best! Perfect for parents who aren’t the most tech savvy! I’ll probably get another one for myself. If I could change anything it would be the length of the power cord, it’s kinda short.

Very basic and some of the functions don’t work
The media could not be loaded.
This was not expensive so you will get what you pay for. First, notice that there are multiple different frames that are for sale and they are all the same thing so look for the most inexpensive version. The functions that don’t work are random slideshow. You do get the initial slide show that is random and and sequential but then the slides are put in the sequential order of the random selection so every slide show following that is the same sequence. The sleep function doesn’t work. Sometimes it would turn off the frame at night but not turn it on in the morning. Many times I simply found that the sleep option was turned off and I didn’t turn it off.I returned the first frame and received a second one. The slideshow random is still the same, not really random as you think of random. The sleep function does appear to work correct on this frame.So now about the app, it is only good for one thing and that is uploading photos from your phone to the frame. You can’t operate the slideshow from the app, you can’t delete photos from the app, you can’t have the frame go back to the home page. Also, the only option is to select photos from your phone photo app. If you have photos store in a file or on another cloud based service, you first have to import those photos again back to your phone before you can add them to the frame.The suggestion is that when setting up your frame to keep it in Landscape. You will probably want to use Portrait and turn the frame to the long view since a majority of you photos will have come from your phone.Many features are missing like changing the color of the bar around the photo as it is static gray and can’t be changed to black which would match the frame color and do a better job of highlighting the photo.More expensive frames run the $100’s so the old adage is you get what you pay for. If you have parents or grandparents that aren’t very tech savvy this frame could be perfect as you can send yourself and email before giving them the frame and load photos from wherever you might be and they will appear on your loved ones frame. To me this is the best option for this photo frame.

Great gift
I purchased this for my parents for Christmas! It is great my children and myself and my husband can upload pictures to the app at any time and it shows up on my parents frame. My kids ended up getting me the same frame for Christmas. The only downfall is the rotation of the pictures, it repeats the same pictures often and then others rarely pop up.

A great family gift
The photo frame is very easy to set up. You need to download the app to be able to send the pictures/videos, but after that anyone that you want to share the code is able to send it to the frame as well. Can send up to 50 pictures at a time, and one video.You can have the time and date in the screen, and the descriptions for your pictures or videos if you would like. You can also pick between auto, 1, 2, 3 or 4 pictures going on at the time.I’m happy with the pictures quality, the size of the frame and the ability to use it vertically or horizontally. It was very well packed too, and is really a great family gift.

When it works it works great but when it doesn’t…
Was initially happy when I bought the product it worked well then it froze the first time after about 4 days of use then I turned unplugged it and then plugged it back in and it worked for another 3-4 days then froze again. After 4th time I returned it. It looks nice but the performance was disappointing.

Great for far away relatives
My parents live in another country and seeing them wait anxiously for a picture of my children is just heartwarming. So I decided to give this digital frame a go. And I have to say I don’t regret it at all. The product itself works perfectly and you can receive pictures sent to you via the app. That for my parents has been a blessing. Since they like to see their grandsons growing up and feeling them close. As I said its perfect for families that are apart and want to stay close.

I ordered two, one for us and one for a Christmas present. Love the ease of pic download, but just can’t figure out how to download music. It’s not user friendly for that part. Otherwise, great value.

Bit of a disappointment in almost every respect
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a fine frame at the basics. Good picture quality, has a slideshow pause button. But that pausing is about the only thing it has over other frames. This thing tries to be halfway between tablet and picture frame, and fails at being great at either. The power button doesn’t resume the slideshow, but instead brings it back to a Home menu that has a few pictures at a glance that cycle, weather, clock, video and music playback. The fact that it doesn’t keep position in the slideshow when put to sleep manually, and clicking on the pictures doesn’t bring you to them, but always to the list, means it gets a significant 2-star rating hit from me.

Great, only downside is no battery life
So cute and I love that I can send photos from anywhere. The only downside is that it has to be plugged in at all times. I was misled by the photos they provide. I thought I could put on the walls without an ugly wire coming down my wall.. so I only have them as desk photo frames.

Photo is not on the full screen
Software is veeeeeery slow, it takes forever to respond to every click.When it starts it works like Pentium 2 from 1998.I would still keep it, but! The frame doesn’t show the photo on the full screen, it’s always shows the album’s name and the time. You cannot remove it anyhow. Very annoying

Great value Digital Photo Frame
The picture quality is very good for this digital photo frame.Setting it up was very easy, and using the app to share and transfer pics was easy as well . The frame looks nice in my room, and the frame can be placed horizontally or vertically. It can play video as well and the video quality is pretty good. Not sure why I would play a video on my picture frame but a nice feature to have nonetheless. I really like this digital photo frame, I can now display all my pics on my digital file storage without printing them out.
